REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Software World – Refund Policy
1. Service-Based Work
All software installations, activation services, and IT services are non-refundable once completed.
2. Advance Payments
Advance payments are non-refundable once work has started.
3. Cancellation
If a customer cancels before work begins, refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges.
4. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital software products, no refund will be provided after successful delivery or activation.
5. Technical Issues
If there is a genuine technical issue from our side, we will provide support or replacement service. Refund will not be applicable in such cases.
6. Processing Time
If approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
